Five quick photos on your phone: the whole thing, a close-up as near as your camera will focus, the surface under a torch held to one side, the back, and a corner. The close-up is the one that matters — it tells us whether you are holding an original or a print.
Original, print or poster. If you are not certain, choose what you believe and carry on — we will tell you free either way, and all three are welcome.
We do not value anything. We show what comparable pieces have actually sold for here, and you choose your Buy Now price and whether to accept offers. You can change it whenever you like.
Every listing is read by a person before it goes live, usually within a working day. We are checking two things: that it is what you say it is, and that the photographs show it honestly, damage and all.
Everything travels unframed — frames are heavy and glass is not covered by couriers, so you keep yours. We email a prepaid, insured label the moment it sells: drop it at any parcel shop, or book a collection from your door, free on sales over £250. How to wrap it up.
The buyer paid before you posted. Your money is held and reaches your bank fourteen days after delivery — then it is yours, and we will not come back to you about it.
